I had an amazing experience with Dawn at Novado Yorkville today!! I came in with hyperpigmentation, dry skin and clogged pore concerns and left feeling amazing. My friend and I tried the glass skin facial and our skin feels refreshed and glowing (and really decongested!) after the treatment! The overall experience is great, the space is super clean, music is relaxing and everything feels luxurious. The team is very welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in. Don and Megan did a wonderful job and you can feel that they’re very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The skin analysis done prior to the treatment was super helpful and educational. Would definitely recommend giving this clinic a try 😊

I recently had a skin resurfacing treatment at Novado, and both the facility and my aesthetician, Sienna, were impressive.The very first thing I noticed was how clean and well kept everything was, and that the staff were friendly and eager to help out.I cannot say enough good things about Sienna. She really knows what she’s doing, and genuinely cared about my needs. She made everything incredibly easy to understand and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. Her knowledge was outstanding. Highly recommend her if you’re looking to improve your skin.As for my treatment; it’s only been 24 hours and my skin is already looking smoother. My wrinkles have already faded a bit, and my pores have shrunk substantially. I’m looking forward to my next treatment :)

I came in to try the Venus Legacy treatment. I had a very nice time with Don. She gave me a very relaxing session that I almost fell asleep. Don is very professional and caring and explained everything. I would highly recommend her.
